We use collected data to deliver and improve our AI services, personalise your platform experience, generate AI model outputs and recommendations, send operational communications (billing, security alerts, product updates), comply with legal obligations, and conduct anonymised research to improve model performance.

We process your data on the following bases: contractual necessity (to perform our services under the Terms of Service), legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (marketing communications, optional data sharing), and legal compliance (tax, regulatory, and law enforcement obligations).

Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to specific processing activities, data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format), and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit privacy requests to privacy@aivancedigital.com. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and respond substantively within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex requests, with prior notice). We do not charge fees for reasonable rights requests.
Security Measures
We protect your data with: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, multi-factor authentication for all administrator access, regular third-party penetration testing, and a dedicated Security Operations Centre (SOC) with 24/7 monitoring. 4. International Data Transfers
Cross-Border Transfers
Aivance Digital operates globally. Your data may be processed in India, the United States, Singapore, or the European Union, depending on your service configuration and data residency preferences. All cross-border transfers are governed by appropriate legal safeguards.
Transfer Mechanisms
For transfers from the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, supplemented by technical and organisational measures. For transfers from other jurisdictions, we comply with applicable local transfer frameworks including India's DPDP Act 2023.
Data Residency Options
Enterprise customers may elect in-country data residency (India, Singapore, EU) as part of their service agreement. Contact your account manager to configure data residency preferences. Regional data residency incurs no additional charge on Enterprise plans.
